What happens at the Dietician appointment?

ü     The Dietician will probably take your weight and height and maybe your waist measurement

ü     You and the Dietician will have a relaxed chat about the foods you usually eat

ü     The Dietician might ask you some questions about you health

ü     If necessary the Dietician will give you advice about how to make some healthy choices

ü     You may receive some written advice

ü     She will also answer any questions you might have about nutrition and dieting etc

What do I bring with me?  

ü     You don’t need to bring anything

ü     But you are welcome to bring any family and friends for support, especially the ones that cook or do the shopping for you

ü     You are also welcome to bring any wrappers or labels from foods you have questions about, or any magazine or newspaper articles about nutrition that you would like to discuss

What do I have to do?                           Do I need a referral from my Dr?

Yes, the Dietician is at Woodridge on Mondays between 9am-12midday
