INVITATION TO REGISTER INTEREST

PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HEALTH FACILITY

PROJECT NAME: AICHS RELOCATION 2

LOCATION: ANNERLEY RD., WOOLLOONGABBA

 

Registrations of interest are invited from suitably qualified organisations to undertake the role of head contractor. The project will involve the construction of a two storied building with full fit-out including lift and services.  Site-works will include construction of car-park & driveway together with removal of the existing footpath to the street frontages and construction of new streetscape works.

Tender documents are scheduled for release 31st March 2008
